With a rich professional journey spanning over 13 years, Tamara's commitment to innovation and excellence is exemplified by her role as the founder of Elder Square, a groundbreaking initiative that redefines the care and Tamara Binladin envisions Elder Square as a trailblazing community hub that seamlessly integrates the elderly into modern society, allowing them to live life to the fullest. Her commitment to strategic planning, collaboration, and operational community experience for seniors. excellence is reflected in the vision and offerings of Elder Square, setting a new standard for senior care and well-being in Dubai and beyond. Elder Square offers a healthy and safe environment, allowing seniors to enjoy as much independence as possible. The daily care provided blends the comforts of a private home environment with top-tier medical care. The facility includes a specialized clinic catering to the often-overlooked healthcare needs of seniors. Tamara's entrepreneurial spirit first gained prominence as the Co-founder and Managing Director of Soul - TPHQ Event Management, a venture that she founded in 2018 and successfully expanded from Dubai into Saudi Arabia. Under her strategic leadership, the startup evolved into a multimillion SAR business within just four years, showcasing her ability to turn concepts into thriving enterprises. Tamara significantly increased project contract values, from SAR 5M to an impressive SAR 29.5M, and played a pivotal role in positioning the company as Saudi's premier event agency for VIP guest management and hospitality. Her involvement in budgeting, logistics, and operations underscored her hands-on approach to business development.

Dr. Leila Mayra (Medical Director & General Practitioner)
A General Practitioner & OGUK medical examiner, holding degrees in BA, MBBSCH, OGUK, Dr. Mayra is originally from the United States but has made the UAE her home since 2000. She graduated with honors from Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in pre-medicine and psychology. She obtained her medical and surgical degree at the Dubai Medical College for Girls and completed her training in the DHA government hospitals and clinics. She has over 9 years of local and international experience in various fields of medicine including: geriatric care, cardiology, gastroenterology, obstetrics/gynecology, endocrinology, psychiatry, dermatology and pediatrics. Dr. Leila enjoys all aspects of family medicine with a special interest in overall wellness and preventive care. She is thrilled to be joining the Elder Square team and is completely committed to providing compassionate and individualized care to achieve successful outcomes.
